About the role:
What the role will involve:
- Assists in the planning, scoping, design and implementation of initiatives related to learning and development and eLearning.
- Plan, coordinate and facilitates delivery of generic learning and development sessions as required by the corporation
- Conducts simple needs analysis, provides support to prepare training design/scope documents, deliver and evaluate course effectiveness
- Cofacilitates project team meetings.
- Works with nominated project team members to ensure completion of deliverables.
- Provides support and data analysis to the People & Capability Senior Principals to assist in of the implementation of P&C strategy throughout business
Key skills and experience:
- Degree level qualification in an HR or Businessrelated discipline.
- Relevant experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development programs.
- Extensive experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs.
- Demonstrates sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary Organisational Development methodologies and Learning & Development practices
- Demonstrated ability to plan and schedule projects and initiatives
