Your key accountabilities

**The core capability requirements for this role are**:
Develop and facilitate the delivery of education and training to QPS personnel.
Liaise with other training professionals in the development of strategies to identify and address the training needs of QPS personnel.
Contribute to the development, implementation, coordination, and review of training programs required by the Queensland Police Service to enhance the skills and knowledge of QPS personnel.

**Role Requirements**:
**Qualification**:
Possession of a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and/or qualifications deemed equivalent will be considered favourably.

**Technical**:
Experience using e-Learning software (e.g. Articulate) and Learning Management Systems is highly regarded.

**Other**:
Position is currently located at Recruit Training, Oxley.
The successful applicant may be required to perform duty within any program/branch of the People Capability Command.
