- Newly created role reporting into a well-respected and very knowledgeable CEO
- Lead and oversee the operational management of the residential aged care and home care services
- Translate strategic direction into organisational objectives to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage, support and inspire staff, and contribute to workforce capacity development through succession planning, enabling career pathways, skills development and retention
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and governance, clinical outcomes, quality care and regulatory compliance with efficacy and transparency
- Hold profit and loss responsibility balancing commercial growth, continuous improvement, customer service and sustainability
- Build and maintain strong positive links within the community network to identify partnerships, further build a client base, enhance the brand, promote customer experience and support occupancy

**About you**:

- Must be registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- An impressive track record in an Operations Manager or Regional Manager role in residential aged care or home care is essential
- Strong business and financial acumen, excellent knowledge of the aged care legislation, and a proven ability to deliver on outcomes
- A hands on, grounded, nurturing and resilient leader with a demonstrated ability building and maintaining a cohesive culture with a culturally diverse team
- Innovative, open minded, emotionally intelligent and committed to achieving sustainable results
