**Position**: Operations Manager

**Salary**: $100,000 - $120,000 + super

**Type**: Permanent

**Position Overview**:
An enticing opportunity to become part of a skilled team located south of the river. The main objective of this role is to further solidify and uphold key practices within the company, including the ITIL framework, ICT governance, staff training, SLAs, and internal operations management.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**ITIL Framework**:

- Work with vendors, staff, and customers to maintain the ITIL framework.

**Training and onboarding**:

- Identify key performance indicators.
- Train employees, new vendors, and new customers in the framework (ITIL).
- Ensure staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Implement knowledge sharing practices within the team.

**Governance and Security**:

- Implement a security centric governance framework.
- Ensure that IT operations adhere to industry regulations and internal security policies.
- Implement and oversee security measures to protect against cyber threats.

**Resource Management**:

- Create and manage budgets for IT operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor and control costs related to hardware, software, licenses, and services.
- Ensure that relevant documentation, including policies, procedures, and system configurations, is kept up-to-date.

**Reports**:

- Regularly report key performance metrics and other operational initiatives.
- Initiate audits, security tests and controls assessments.
- Conduct regular user surveys and contribute ICT questions to customer surveys.
- Manage and oversee data quality and analysis of data quality metrics.
- Assessing impacts on service value system performance.
- Implement tools and processes to monitor the performance of IT systems and services.
