**Who are we looking for?**:
**What can you expect to be doing?**:

- Leading a stable, small team of experienced Facilities Coordinators and Administration staff.
- Travel to multiple sites including Residential Aged Care, Independent Living Units and Corporate facilities.
- Maintain positive working relationships with key facility users across Residential Aged Care, Corporate, and other AnglicareSA utilised facilities.
- Focus on compliance to procedures and processes to drive financial operational improvements for internal stakeholders whilst increasing productivity and safety.
- Utilisation of asset lifecycle costing processes to manage long term asset management planning.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Proven experience managing a facilities team and a proactive and strategic leadership approach.
- Proven experience in facility management in a diverse, multi-site organisation.
- Experience in determining relevant scope for major capital works.
- Ability to work outside the scope of business hours as required.
- Experience in development of strategic plans, budgetary management, and risk assessment against organisational needs.
