We develop new products for our Clients, working from initial concept development, through Engineering, Manufacturing setup, and delivery of completed manufactured goods. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team and help further drive sales growth.

**Your Role**

You will play a key role in generating sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. You will respond to, and nurture the business inbound leads, as well as identifying and developing outbound / proactive business opportunities for both our Design and supply project work, as well as our Retail distribution product catalogue.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and nurture our inbound enquiries to closed deals.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking all interactions via hubspot CRM.
- Efficiently qualify enquiries to ensure focus on best opportunities.
- Understanding clients' goals and objectives to enable successful proposal creation.
- Work with team members including our Engineers to create proposals, follow up and manage objections, closing deals to exceed sales KPIs.
- Raise deposit invoices for deals won enabling onboarding of new clients and sales.
- Manage hubspot pipeline of deals using tasks, keeping up to date and accurate for reporting and demonstration in regular team meeting.
- Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline & results reports and dashboards, identifying areas for improvement, for review in regular team meeting.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Required:_
- Sales experience both inbound and outbound (Consultancy and/or Retail distribution preferred)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Good phone/screen manner for phone & video calls, as well as strong written communication skills.
- Proficient in Hubspot CRM Software including pipeline management, deals & task management.
- Self-motivated & Target focussed with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently, prioritising with mínimal supervision, while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Must have current work rights for Australia, those seeking sponsorship need not apply.
