**About the Role**

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the below services.
- Develop processes to assist with implementation and rollout of new programs and initiatives
- Streamline existing processes and systems to create a ‘one best way’
- Collecting information on how to best serve clients (internal and external)
- Maintenance of accurate business reporting
- Provision of administrative support to other AGA staff members

The Client Services Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment and will be an experienced professional with considerable knowledge in operations and delivery of training services. They will work collaboratively with all AGA staff, including the administration, training, and curriculum team.

The Client Services Coordinator will play a leading role in establishing (or developing) AGA programs, using their organisational skills and knowledge of practice management systems and requirements. Through the development, implementation and refinement of systems, they will work to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery and general operation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist and collaborate the administration team in providing high quality, responsive and accurate information
- Provide an efficient, welcoming first point of contact for actual and potential clients and referrers
- Provide accurate and relevant information to all external enquiries
- Ensure all reporting and correspondence is timely and of a high quality
- In conjunction with the Partnerships Optimisation Manager, develop, implement and ensure compliance with new and existing initiatives
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients
- Demonstrated experience in a client services role within an RTO
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining systems and procedures
- Specialist knowledge of the processes to efficiently and effectively manage a busy multidisciplinary RTO
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a productive team member
- Highly Desirable: Knowledge and experience with VETtrak software
- Valid drivers license required
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. A current Working with Children and National Police Checks are required and can be arranged for the suitable applicant._
