Sonic HealthPlus is a leading provider of corporate medicine in Australia, with a national network of clinics delivering occupational health, general practice, and integrated medical services to corporate and community groups.
We are seeking a Client Services Officer to join our team in Osborne Park, working up to 38 hours per week. This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Alliance Bookings Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments for corporate clients, requiring flexibility with start times, including some shifts beginning at 5am.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and problem-solving, with previous administrative experience and a commitment to quality and teamwork.
They will also demonstrate:
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner.
• A professional work ethic, willing to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
