Spectrum College is Registered Training Organisation located in the Burwood NSW. **What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and welcoming all students, agents and visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying and other clerical duties
- Maintaining and updating office systems and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Providing support for special projects and events as required
**What we're looking for**
- Training will be provided.
- Will suit school leaver or someone with minimum experience.
- Some experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other office equipment
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
