The Learning Team provides strategic direction on strategies, governance, design, delivery and quality assurance of professional learning to uplift the capability of our workforce.

**About the role**

You will be responsible for developing core materials for both in-person and digital learning courses, ensuring they align with the learning strategy, learning outcomes and are user friendly. You will be supporting the:

- Development of tools and templates to support the analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of professional learning.
- Monitoring and maintaining executive dashboards to enable key stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Keeping abreast of new learning design methodologies and assessing feasibility to improve current processes to provide better outcomes for customers.

**About you**
- Experience in designing and developing workbooks, user guides, quick reference guides, PowerPoint presentations
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Word (including developing, updating and maintaining templates)
- Strong administrative, project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to consult with a range of stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve team and organisation objectives.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a relevant discipline
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check for paid employment

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Articulate 360 and video authoring tools
- Learning design methodologies and practices
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
