**What **you’ll** do**:

- Liaise closely with the Talent and Learning Advisors in the design, development, and delivery of training, including face to face, virtual, digital (eLearning) and blended delivery modes.
- Coordinate, plan, and schedule eLearning activities and resources in accordance with the People Strategy, corporate plans, procedures, and business priorities
- Create, curate, review, and maintain high quality digital learning assets, and materials via online platforms, to enable knowledge transfer and self-directed learning.
- Regularly review, evaluate, and report on the quality, effectiveness, and suitability of eLearning programs, and processes in line with the principles of continuous improvement.

**What we are looking for**:

- Tertiary level qualifications in adult learning (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or Diploma of Training Design and Development), or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Experience administering and supporting a Learning Management System in a large, regulated organisation.
- Proficient in the use of eLearning authoring tools eg. Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate.
- Demonstrated experience in eLearning development, curriculum design, training and assessment methodologies, and online education.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to achieve objectives within agreed timeframes, budget and required standards.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver high level customer service and manage positive relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
