Our large NSW State Government client provides a diverse range of essential services to protect, promote and support the rights, dignity, choices and wishes of the people of NSW.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Advisor to join their team in Parramatta with the flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend.

Working within the Strategy, People & Governance Division, you will be responsible for designing and implementing frameworks to identify, evaluate and continually improve the capability solutions. The role ensures that the quality and merit of all programs maximise organisational investment in capability building to ensure that all employees have the confidence and competency to perform and achieve results.

In this role, you will be responsible for however not limited to the following
- Design, develop and implement capability evaluation framework to ensure initiatives are meeting learning objectives
- Partner with Organisational Development and Learning team to design learning objectives
- Undertake evaluations, complete findings and inform Program Managers of outcomes and improvement plans
- Conduct the annual capability and program review
- Identifying organisational capability gaps, needs, trends and issues, mitigating risks
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with online and other learning vendors to ensure their products and services are aligned to maximise a positive return on investment
- Provide valuable insights through robust reporting on capability activities and evaluation outcomes
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Adult Education or equivalent
- Demonstrated Capability, Organisational Development, Learning & Development or equivalent experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task competing deadlines/timeframes.
- Solid analytical, problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
