About the role


This position is responsible for providing coordination and support to the ICT Strategy & Partnering team, other ICT managers, and to manage delivery of ICT projects efficiently.

The Project Coordinator works closely with both ICT team members and managers to support project planning, resourcing and delivery.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Facilitate Meetings and workshops.
  • Collate prepare and distribute project communications and documentation.
  • Prepare procurement documents and undertake procurement activities and project reports, including accounts payable tasks such as raising and receipting of purchase orders.

About You

  • Relevant skills in assisting with the coordination of complex projects.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, engage, and build relationships.
  • Analytical approach to interpreting data and communicating insights.
  • Advanced time management capabilities and experience meeting hard deadlines.
  • Advanced project documentation and report writing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in project management or relevant field of study e.g., Engineering, Construction, Marketing, ICT or Computer Science, Business or Business Administration, Management.
Experience

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating large, complex projects to assist in delivering projects on time and in budget, with a proven track record of achieving objectives.

We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $78,860 - $ % superannuation.
