**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Project Coordinator** to be part of our Digital Technology & Innovation team. The Project Coordinator performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives.

This role supports the Human Resources and Project Management Office teams, and will involve administrative and reporting functions.

**Target Question 1**:
As a project coordinator you will be involved in project governance which includes weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting to a variety of stakeholders. Using examples explain your experience and involvement in coordinating and facilitating such project status reporting?

**Target Question 2**:
In this role you may be required to deal with diverse and sometimes challenging stakeholders. Describe a situation where you have had to use sound communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a challenging interaction with a customer / client or stakeholder, explain the outcome?
