The End User Experience Platform vision is ‘Driving better experiences for our colleagues’. We are responsible for enabling our colleagues to work from any device anytime, anywhere. The EUX team consists of approximately 650 staff, with a mix on internal and vendor resources.

**Do work that matters**

DE?K is an onsite specialist IT Support service. **DE?K Consultant **will be required to work within a blended team environment to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners, provide a high quality IT colleague experience with the drive to go above and beyond for every colleague. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- L1 - L3 operations and support across the Group for the desktop support, tools and processes to meet security standards and policies.
- Working in line with service levels, call priorities, call handling procedures, escalation procedures and interface policy with other support groups
- Service Now
- 100% logging of interactions/incidents/and fulfilments of Service Requests in real time
- Monitoring and actioning Yammer/Shared mailbox
- Assisting in actioning IT Service Desk with calls backs and Self Service Tickets

**We’re interested in hearing from people who possess the following**:

- Exceptional Microsoft Windows troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of MS Active Directory management, AzureAD and Office 365
- Modern Workplace mobility management including Intune, SCCM and Autopilot deployment
- Knowledge in Windows Defender & Windows Security
- Ability to resolve conflict and act in a professional manner
- Ability to automate processes by developing scripts
- ITIL V4 cert - preferred
