**Who are we?**

First Federal was created in 2020 to provide Australia’s easiest home loan. We are now ready to expand our business and are looking to expand our team of broker relationship managers to really make an impact in the industry.

**What are we looking for?**

You should be an energetic people’s person dedicated to success.

You will be responsible for managing a patch of broker relationships. This means two things:
Based off your work, you will bring in a minimum of $50,000,000 worth of settlements per annum for which you will be rewarded with commissions.

**Skills & experience**:
We are not looking for seasoned relationship builders. We can teach you the technical side of banking to ensure our mutual success. However, at a minimum we would expect you to have:

- Persuasive communication skills
- Ability to think critically
- A willingness to learn
- Experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Previous sales experience is a plus

**Compensation**:
You will be paid a base salary of $50,000 as well as 0.2% of any settlements you make. Your aim is to settle $50,000,000 in your first year. This means you could make up to $150,000 in your first year + bonuses.

**Qualifications**:

- TAFE Business and Finance course

In terms of our day-to-day work, you can expect to be working with a small, distributed team. We have short daily meetings to make sure we are all aligned and to prepare ourselves to go out and win the day.

**Location**

We have a hybrid working culture. We have a physical office in Surfers Paradise and have work from home flexibility, but preference is to be in the office.
