**ABOUT THE ROLE**
To provide project support to the Product Managers based at Moose Head Office.
**Main responsibilities include**:
- Supporting the product development process by assisting Product Managers with daily administrative tasks
- Validating data included in product development documentation.
- Assisting with the samples management process.
- Assisting with Project room set up and maintenance.
- Assisting with focus group product testing and data collection.
- Assisting with artwork management process on Toy Box.
- Preparing meeting agendas, meeting notes & distribution, excel report preparation & data entry and maintaining document filing system.
- Working with key stakeholders to support and/or drive cross functional internal projects.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative or support position, preferably within a product or design team.
- Exposure to sample management system an advantage.
- Some working knowledge of the product development process.
- Completed Medium to Advanced level Excel training, in particular pivot tables.
- Able to clearly communicate with impact and clarity
- Strong and clear analytical thinking.
- Highly organized, plans ahead and works in a systematic manner and manages times effectively.
