**About the opportunity**

The role will draw on deep knowledge and experience in the end-to-end digital production process, from initial concept definition through to delivery using design thinking and agile delivery methods to achieve strategy, customer, and financial targets and to implement the future vision/roadmap.

**You’ll also**
- Contribute to the definition of the digital experience roadmap and coordinate/ deliver successful digital products and experiences aligned to your portfolios.
- Deliver product roadmaps based on customer research, usage patterns, feedback, business strategies, competitive review and emerging technology.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical architecture and platforms, including pricing architecture changes, digital channel experience and product registration requirements.
- Provide direction and guidance to experience design, delivery, analytics and key business stakeholders to validate digital experience direction.
- Act as the feature and business readiness owner within delivery teams, from early inception and opportunity through to delivery.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to identify and monitor baseline and projected measures of product delivery success, including NPS.
- Collaborate with platform managers, designers, researchers, content writers and engineering teams to plan, define and deliver features that are aligned to the business' road map and requirements.
- Manage senior stakeholder expectations and ensure all digital experience timelines are known, clear and communicated to cross-functional partners.
- Monitor and review performance data, user testing and user feedback to uncover opportunities, track performance and drive decision making.

**About you**
- Experience coordinating the delivery of digital experience features within an agile team, from ideation through to delivery.
- Demonstrable contribution to the development and implementation of strategies, plans and roadmaps.
- Strong experience working in Agile product and delivery teams, requiring significant influence over customer-focused design and technology teams.
- Proven ability to creatively problem solve and think strategically, and where necessary, outside of the box.
- Experience in analysing and communicating performance data, user testing and feedback, industry best practice and market trends.
- Experience collaborating with a complex and multi-tiered stakeholder group in order to realise commercial outcomes and ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience with product design, development and implementation (B2B and/or B2C).
- Product planning including knowledge of industry, market trends and competitive landscape.
- Deep knowledge and passion for user experience design, design thinking, interaction design and performance analytics.
- Highly developed knowledge of the digital ecosystem, lean and agile methods, social media, user needs analysis and testing and software development.
- Deep knowledge of digital channels incl. Mobile web and apps.
- Needless to say, you will have exceptional analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with proven ability to creatively problem solve and think strategically, and where necessary, outside of the box. You are able to think commercially, operate collaboratively driving execution, championing change and optimising talent.
