**About the opportunity**

The Digital team partners with Digital Technology & Data (DTD), Strategy and Product Management teams to design and deliver new digital features and enhancements as well as define the digital roadmap and support business case development.

You will be responsible for delivering the digital experience roadmap for a portfolio of digital platforms and assets within Australia Post’s digital channels.

Working closely with the Platform Manager, you will be embedded within the delivery team combining strong project management skills with a passion for user experience to coordinate the delivery of the product experience roadmap. Starting with the customer first (desirability), you are the glue coordinating the needs of business (viability) with the needs of operations and technology (feasibility) and strive for the right balance between the three.

We will rely on you to define, develop and manage the implementation of multi-channel re-useable digital capability across the full depth and breadth of Australia Posts digital platforms (including Identity and Payments). Working in partnership with product stakeholders, the role requires a strategic approach with the proven ability to define and create connected digital programs and data led experiences which drive awareness, acquisition, usage, retention and revenue to achieve commercial outcomes for the enterprise.

**You’ll also**
- Contribute to the definition of the digital experience roadmap and coordinate/ deliver successful digital products and experiences aligned to your portfolios.
- Deliver product roadmaps based on customer research, usage patterns, feedback, business strategies, competitive review and emerging technology.
- Provide direction and guidance to experience design, delivery, analytics and key business stakeholders to validate digital experience direction.
- Act as the feature owner within delivery teams, from early inception and opportunity through to delivery.
- Collaborate and assist with managing product and other business stakeholders, digital platform managers, designers, researchers, content writers and engineering teams to plan, define and deliver features that are aligned to the businesses road map and requirements.
- Monitor and review performance data, user testing and user feedback to uncover opportunities, track performance and drive decision making.
- Lead business readiness activities in support of digital programs and initiatives.
- Support and advocate for cross-enterprise design-thinking and customer-led discovery frameworks that describe customer problems and opportunities and develop strategies and roadmaps based on these approaches.

**About you**
- At least 3 years’ experience in a related role as a Product Owner or Digital Experience Producer, with understanding of how Digital Products are created.
- Demonstrable contribution to the development and implementation of strategies, plans and roadmaps.
- Strong experience working in Agile product and delivery teams, coordinating the delivery of digital experience features requiring significant influence over customer-focused design and technology teams.
- Experience in analysing and communicating performance data, user testing and feedback, industry best practice and market trends.
- Experience collaborating with a complex and multi-tiered stakeholder group in order to realise commercial outcomes and proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
