An exciting opportunity to join our Online Trade team at David Jones.

In conjunction with delivering its Vision 2025 + strategy, David Jones is currently in the middle of a multi-faceted and organisational wide transformation as it transitions to new ownership. The Online Production Coordinator will support our E-commerce function with all promotional content administration across our website.

As a Production Coordinator working in our David Jones online team, you will manage product and promotional content for our online site. You will be responsible for ensuring that each product is accurately represented with the correct image and description, and promotional stock is uploaded in time for launch dates. In this role, you will work closely with merchandise and marketing teams to ensure the success of the David Jones online business.

This position is initially a 3 month fixed term contractual opportunity within our Online team.

**What this role involves**:

- Ensure all product content on website adheres with David Jones guidelines
- Work with suppliers to source accurate product information
- Liaise with our concession brands and support on own-buy initiatives and new brand launches
- Ensure product is available for new seasons launches and promotional activity
- Support the online team across all categories from Women’s, Men’s, Kids, Food, Home and Beauty
- Work with Customer Service team to solve customer inquiries and action feedback
- Communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly trade reporting

- Competent using Microsoft Office suite and Google Analytics 360
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once
