Program Leader Business and Performance

This position manages the strategic and operational aspects of procurement, performance
reporting and financial control for a project and works delivery portfolio exceeding $100 Million
over the next 4 years. The primary functions of the position are to develop and assist with project
procurement and performance reporting of capital and maintenance forecasts and budgets across
the Directorate to assist the Director and Branch Managers in achieving the objectives of Councils
Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
Significant experience and knowledge of local government procurement, financial and business
performance planning, monitoring, and reporting services for a large and complex project and
works portfolio.
Based at Blue Mountains City Council HQ in Katoomba, with Hybrid working arrangements
possible.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $107,288 gross per annum
+ 11% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
