As a Business Development Specialist based in our North Sydney Office, you’ll cultivate new and expand existing business for our brands Bayside Group and Acclaimed Workforce. We’re ideally seeking a sales professional or recruitment consultant with the ability to drive revenue growth. **The Role**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Effectively handle objections and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate to develop innovative sales strategies and achieve collective goals.

**The Requirements - Successful applicants will ideally have**:

- Prior recruitment experience and demonstrated capability in service-based sales.
- Demonstrated networking capabilities and using LinkedIn to drive sales.
- Hold a current driver’s licence.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated and flexible to respond to changing needs, with proven capacity to work independently.
