As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Receptionist to play a crucial role in maintaining our front desk profession and welcoming. This role will be based full time at our Head office in Norwest, reporting to the PA of the General Manager and ensuring the smooth running of the front and back of the corporate office.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities would involve but not limited to**:

- Greet the visitors, customer, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner in person or on Phone.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a tidy and organised front office/ back office, meeting rooms, kitchen duties to ensure it reflects the company's commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operations & assist in general administrative tasks as needed.
- Managing vendor, supplier payment, invoices, event coordination, food ordering, etc.

**To be successful for this role you'll need**:

- Relevant qualifications in office administration or related fields will be a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; A positive and friendly attitude with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable but not mandatory.
