Our client is a well established upper north shore new car dealership. They have a vacancy for a Service Department Receptionist in their service office team. The dealership offers security of tenure and career advancement opportunities for deserving staff. Duties will include both telephone and face to face customer contact, service bookings and office administration tasks. You can choose to work a 38 hour week or a 43 hour week if you want extra income.

Applicants ideally will have current or previous automotive industry experience in administration or as a service receptionist, regardless of whether it was in a dealership, aftermarket or panel shop. Experienced receptionists without automotive industry backgrounds are still welcome to apply. You will need strong people handling, communication and organisational skills and be seeking a long term position.

Salary will be from $50k (Neg) + super, depending on experience and finish time of 4 or 5pm.
