**The Position**:
We are looking for experience collections agents to join our accounts receivable team.
The successful applicants will be responsible for working with our clients to improve the financial health of their business through the implementation of our suite of services including our collection services.
**The Perks**:

- 2 years experience in a collections role is required
**The Responsibilities**:
- Dispute handling and conflict resolution
- Negotiating, implementing and monitoring payment arrangements.
- Liaise with our clients and their customers
- Action accounts in a timely manner and effectively manage own work queue.
- Consistently work towards financial targets while demonstrating compliance.
- Liaise with and provide instructions to external agents for field calls.
- Identify accounts to be considered for legal action.

- Proficient computer skills
- Must have the able to multitask and happy to work with people from all different backgrounds and industries.
- Wiling to undergo a National Police Check
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus
