Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate customer service expert to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing genuine service, building effective customer relationships, and contributing to the sales performance of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create lasting impressions for our customers
- Build effective customer relationships and be the expert to talk to
- Contribute to the sales performance of the store through superstar selling skills
- Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
- Have a safety mindset and strive to provide the safest work environment for yourself and your team mates
Requirements
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
- Flexible availability, particularly for weekday work, and a valid driver's licence
