Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Trade Store Customer Service Representative to join our team in Burleigh Heads, QLD. As a key member of our trade store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Order Fulfillment**: Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving, storing, and dispatching stock items as required.
- Quality Control**: Conduct quality control checks on picked items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication**: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Teamwork**: Collaborate with the trade store team to achieve sales targets, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
