The purpose of the Administration and Business Development Coordinator is to offer support to the Business Development Management Team by providing administrative support related to bids management, pricing and reporting as well as general administrative support to the wider team/Business Unit.**Sales Team Support**
- Conduct customer research and due-diligence on sales prospects as required, creating an information pack
- Identify, review, evaluate and understand the requirements of identified business opportunities and suggest successful strategies for response.
- Managing subcontractor Request for Quotations (RFQs), client addendums, Supporting the creation of labour load and building pricing returnable.
- Attend to tender site visits, client meetings
- Liaise with other parts of the CBRE business to develop best practice
- Work with the business development team to develop systems and procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the sales process

**General Administration**
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the central contract filing for the business unit
- Preparing and issuing predefined reports for both internal and external customers
- Organising / co-ordinating team and contract review meetings

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is highly organised and has the drive and passion to provide exceptional administrative support and strong coordination skills to support a fast paced and busy Business Unit.**Additionally you’ll have**:

- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience within the Property Industry is not a must but a bonus
- Strong organisational, time management and proactive communication style.
- Able to work systematically and proactively, using own initiative to meet tight deadlines.
