**The role**

This newly created role reports into the Head of Commercial and will give a committed and passionate person the opportunity to kickstart their sales or project management career within the FMCG channel.

This role will support the Head of Commercial and the sales team to maintain existing and grow new business in both their branded and private label categories

The key responsibilities in the role include:

- Work collaboratively with the Head of Commercial on innovation, opportunities, tenders and new product submissions.
- Project manage all awarded business from beginning to end.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines, contractual objectives and client expectations are met.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation, including contracts, artwork signoff, forms, and tender submissions are maintained, current and filed appropriately.
- Coordinate and oversee quality assurance requirements for each product.
- Manage communications to key stakeholders.
- Address any project-related issues to ensure potential issues are rectified.
- Establish and maintain in depth knowledge of relevant products, partners, suppliers, customers and markets.
- Organise, maintain, and share product and project related information with all key stakeholders and relevant parties.
