In this role you’ll be working for one of Australia’s leading mixed plastic manufacturers. The company now manufactures a considerable range of recycled products.

**Your new role**-
- Large amounts of inbound & outbound calls- Upsell products- Building relationships by going the extra mile- Escalate any complex enquiries- Ensure all details are kept up within the CRM- After sales queries/questions- Follow up on orders/quotes- Proactively pursue repeat and new sales opportunities with existing customers

**What you'll need to succeed**- Having the right attitude and willing to be coached- Being Proactive when it comes to finding leads- Tech-savvy- Customer Service/Sales Background- Ability to work and reach KPI’s- Full working rights (Citizens & Permanent Residents)
