**The position**:
The NDIS aims to provide people with choice and control over how, when and where those supports are provided. This role aims to promote independence and confidence in our participants, to enable them to live their best lives.

Duties of the role will include (not limited to):

- To support potential NDIS participants in obtaining appropriate psychosocial diagnosis and other supporting evidence, as required
- Develop effective relationships and collaborative working styles with key stakeholders, partners, the community, carers and consumers to support people with severe and persistent mental illness
- Maintain accurate and professional service delivery notes and documentation, including reporting to be completed on a regular basis

**About You**:
Minimum Qualifications:

- NDIS Worker Screen Clearance, Proof of Australian Working Rights, Working With Children Check, Current Drivers License & Motor Vehicle Insurance and First Aid Certificate
- A tertiary qualification in a disability field or equivalent (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Social Work or Psychology), or a Diploma in Disability Services, Community Health or Mental Health with at least 2 years’ experience at diploma level or a Certificate IV in a Mental Health relevant area with at least 2 years’ experience of relevant experience and specialist skills sufficient to perform activities
