A new opportunity for a highly motivated **Customer Service Officer -** **Level** **1** is now available to join the supportive and growing team.

This temp-to-perm position will see you complete a **6-8 week induction** **training course** located in **MIRRABOOKA. **Upon completion of the induction training, this role will be working from home Monday to Friday, with full-time hours between 7am - 7pm.

**The role**
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working as part of the demographic team and reporting to the Team Manager in South Australia. Part of your duties will be to provide general guidance on plan management services to clients and liaise with key service providers. With a keen eye for detail and accuracy, you will maintain client records in a confidential manner.

**Duties will include**:

- Receiving inbound calls from existing and prospective clients / providers
- Managing client budgets and processing invoices
- Reviewing client plans and re-connecting with existing clients
- Assisting with customer feedback and documenting accordingly
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties and support to the wider team

**About you**
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Prior experience in NDIS is highly desirable but not essential, as full training with be provided. Upon appointment into this role, you will be required to obtain the following:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children’s Check
