**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a professional and proactive Facilities Administrator to be part of our Real Estate Management Services team. You will play an integral role in providing strategic support to the Qld Facility Management team via the coordination of operational functions such as the coordination of compliance documents, procurement support, technical documentation and data collection with site teams.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate compliance documentation across the team for compliance items that can be delivered at scale. This could include coordinating compliance activities at all sites simultaneously such as slip testing, height safety system certification, kitchen exhaust system servicing.
- Collate property documentation required in a property risk assessment checklist and upload to relevant portals.
- Conduct internal quality and compliance audits across various areas of the FM business Qld.
- Coordinate bulk procurement activities across the team for soft and hard operational services to achieve economy of scale when negotiating and contracting with service providers.
- Assist FMs with work orders, drafting of Building Service Agreements, recurring contract orders.
- Assist in all areas of risk management to ensure that both Colliers and its clients are effectively mitigated - adopt standard procedures and tools to ensure transparency.
- Being the ‘Champion’ of the Colliers main FM platforms and systems, assisting with training and onboarding requirements.
- Assist with collating, analysing and presenting FM specific reports

**Qualifications**:
The skills and experience you will bring to this role are:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial ‘proactive’ spirit
- Exceptional organisation skills, ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good financial & IT literacy, an understanding of budgeting processes.
- A strong customer service ethic
- An understanding of **basic** building services **including** **the **desire to learn.
- An ability to read and comprehend technical and legislative documents
- A strong teamwork ethic
- An ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver a single outcome
