How you will make contributions that matter:
As the Brand Manager for Food Service, you will be at the forefront planning and executing all aspects of the marketing mix across all categories and brands within foodservices, route and export. You will work closely with the brand leads to contribute to the channel wide strategic direction and execute initiatives to deliver channel profit and growth objectives.
You will be instrumental in leading cross-functional strategic brand planning, portfolio management, NPD & product renovation projects, pricing strategy, P&L delivery, performance analysis and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Planning: Lead the development and execution of actionable plans to achieve growth goals based on a deep understanding of the food service market.
- Channel & Customer Development: Translate brand objectives into clear channel and customer goals, working closely with account and category teams to develop tailored plans. Execute these plans using the most effective tools and activities to meet brand KPIs, and recommend timely revisions based on sales data and market feedback.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee product innovation and renovation projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market needs.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct ongoing performance reporting and metric analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Brand Communication: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and strengthen brand equity.
- Commercial Management: Monitor and optimize commercial performance, including pricing strategies and budget management.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, Trade or Channel Marketing.
- Experience: Ideally, 3 to 5 years in the FMCG or Food service industry, with a proven track record in brand management and project delivery.
- Skills: Strong analytical and commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
