**About the Opportunity**:
Are you a dynamic, organised and passionate individual who wants to be part of a Global Marketing team? Our Marketing Associate to work closely with our Head of Marketing and develop Swoop Aero's global brand to drive impact across global health supply chains. Based in our Melbourne Campus, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing and advertising activities. You will work with some of the largest organisations in the development and health sectors to showcase the pioneering and impactful work conducted by Swoop Aero across the world through coordinating pertinent and creative campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy** - Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop marketing and communication strategy, managing the implementation of all elements. Develop a deep understanding of our technology and industry to support the full marketing & creative process. Prepare regular marketing reviews and provide recommendations based on past performance and based on competitor insights (Monitor competitors' marketing activities and report on research findings)
- **Marketing coordination** - Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly and develop and analyse past campaigns
- **Event, Award and Campaign Management**: develop and organise communication campaigns, conferences and awards. Including coordinating with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. landing pages and newsletters)
- **Digital Strategy and implementation**: Help to run social media accounts. Schedule and manage Swoop Aero's digital marketing, including implementation, budget management, and platform subscription management and gather and analyse behaviour data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
- **Media & Agency management**: Coordinate with external agencies. Help to plan events, projects, and campaigns
- Account Marketing: communicate with clients and maintain good relations to support in account marketing

**What you will bring**:

- 1 - 2 years in a similar marketing role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Organised, entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to learn and get your hands dirty
- Plus - working in an agency and command of Canva, WordPress & digital marketing
