**POSITION PURPOSE**
- The IELTS Marketing Coordinator - Australasia is responsible for supporting the marketing function for IELTS in Australia, New Zealand and Japan. The role works closely with the Regional IELTS Marketing Manager in order to ensure the timely delivery and reporting of planned marketing initiatives, either directly through the team or through the use of our agencies. _**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**General Marketing**
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Analyse data from our surveys to assess customer requirements.
- Complete weekly testing of all regional sites to ensure functionality is working correctly. Work with developers to resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with the web development team to identify and implement new features, functionalities, and tools to enhance the website's performance and user experience.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure that new functionalities seamlessly integrate with the content strategy, making it easily accessible and engaging for the target audience.
- Continuously monitor website user behaviour and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Propose and execute changes that optimize user navigation, interaction, and satisfaction.
- Ensure that the website is fully optimized for mobile devices to cater to the growing mobile user base.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor websites to adapt and innovate based on the latest developments.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on new website functionalities.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that the website complies with industry standards and maintains a high level of security for both data and users.

**Test Centre Marketing**
- Proactively work with all test centres to manage their event schedules and promote across all IDP digital channels.
- Proactively work with all test centres to maintain their marketing requirements and landing pages.

**Finance**
- Process regional invoices to the fortnightly pay run schedule.
- Process monthly credit card transactions from the regional team by end of month.

**Web Analytics CRM & Reporting**
- Utilize web analytics tools to track the success of website changes and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Ensure that clear reporting is in place for KPIs and metrics to enable the business to iterate and improve
- Produce monthly marketing report to stakeholders and senior management on all marketing initiatives that are in place to drive business forward. Your report should include:

- _**Market Research Report**:

- Information on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Insights into the competitive landscape and opportunities for growth.

**Budget and Spending Report**:

- A breakdown of the marketing budget, including expenses for advertising, software, personnel, and other marketing-related costs.
- A comparison of actual spending to the budget.

**Customer Feedback and Surveys**:

- Reports on customer feedback, reviews, and surveys to gain insights into customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.

**Competitive Analysis Report**:

- A detailed analysis of competitors' marketing strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
- Adhere to agreed activity budgets for each campaign/project. Consult with manager for variances.
