**The Role**

This role will be key in supporting the community of businesses to be engaged advocates for the B Corp movement and B Lab’s Theory of Change.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage B Corp networks, including B Locals and industry or role-based working groups.
- Manage an annual calendar of community events and oversee their delivery.
- Create best practice policies and processes for event management in collaboration with internal and external networks.
- Create engagement resources for B Corp employees in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate an annual community survey and report on results.
- Monitor community dashboards to flag potential risks to certification and engagement.
- Manage the onboarding process for new B Corps to introduce them to the community.
- Oversee the team’s use of B Corps customer relationship management system (Salesforce) to ensure data is captured consistently.
- Support the growth of the online community forum by engaging with B Corps and sharing resources.

**About You**

You recognise that strong interpersonal relationships are key to success for yourself and your team. You are process-driven and detail-oriented. Your background in events planning and/or event management means you have demonstrated experience with designing, delivering, and managing successful events. You’re organised and can balance competing priorities. By employing lateral thinking and a solutions-focused proactivity, you are consistently present, building relationships and delivering events efficiently, with enthusiasm and quality.

You are eager to collaborate and contribute, with a strong sense of purpose. You have a ‘can do and hands-on’ attitude, with a curiosity and willingness to tackle challenges head-on. Committed to a high level of customer service, you facilitate partnerships and engagement across your events by constantly questioning the purpose of the event and aiming for future improvement to benefit B Lab and the broader community. You utilise your excellent communication, compassion and collaboration skills to work well with others.

In addition, you will also:

- Have previous project management experience and/or account management experience.
- Have a valid passport - as this role will require domestic and international travel.
