**The Opportunity**

DECJUBA is looking for an Events Manager. This is an amazing opportunity to join an experienced and dynamic team in one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading fashion retailers. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Customer Experience you will be responsible for leading the ideation and delivery of innovative and engaging DECJUBA experiences for customers, influencers, media and our internal team.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop the Events Calendar in partnership with key business stakeholders
- Responsible for the ideation of all DECJUBA events & experiences in consultation with stakeholders.
- Elevated, innovative event concepts delivered to brief, in line with DECJUBA brand DNA & to agreed deadlines
- Deliver all events to plan & budget
- Manage Event Coordinator & support end-to-end of event execution
- Document event hindsight’s to measure success & inform future event concepts & plans.

**About You**
- Proven experience managing events & track record of delivering successful events
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Strong understanding of brand & interest in fashion marketing
- Experience working in fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines
- Knowledge of industry best practise & trends to drive ideation & output
