To partner with the business to enable capability programs, initiatives and strategies to bring them to life and support the uplift of people capability across our team.

Capability Consultant- Permanent, Hybrid role with 3 days working from home (Parramatta or Newcastle)
- 18 weeks equal paid parental leave (with super)

With steady growth and newly implemented performance standards across the industry, our Capability team play a critical role in ensuring that everyone in our business unit will be empowered through performance and development. As our new capability consultant, you will:- Support the delivery and implementation of key capability programs and initiatives.
- Consult and collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally to identify, evaluate and deliver key projects.
- Collate and story tell key capability data as well as providing recommendations and feedback.
- Support the capability team via administration and coordination activities for BAU and project work.- About you- As a capability consultant, you will have the success of your peers and customers at the forefront of your mind as you provide crucial capability assessments. To be successful in this role, you will also have:- Experience in workers compensation
- Administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritise key tasks-
- An effective collaborator who can work with a team and multiple stakeholder groups to achieve desired outcomes and common goals
