**About the opportunity**
NSW Health Pathology are looking for a motivated Leadership and Capability consultant to join the People and Culture team. The consultant will work collaboratively with the Human Resource team to implement learning and development, talent and succession, culture and diversity initiatives to Pathology staff working across Hospitals in the Sydney Metro area falling within East and South including Prince of Wales Hospital (Randwick), Concord Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (Camperdown), Liverpool Hospital, and St George Hospital (Kogarah). Being part of this team will allow you to provide a high level of specialised strategic advice, consultation, facilitation and coaching in learning and development and organisational culture improvement.

**What you'll be doing**
The Organisational Development Consultant is responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning and development, talent and succession, culture and diversity initiatives across NSW Health Pathology.
A major focus is on embedding the values of NSW Health Pathology and driving organisational transformation and change in workforce culture, behaviour leadership and capability development for all staff.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience in Organisational Development, Adult learning, or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to work towards certification.
- Demonstrated capacity to adopt and model the NSWHP RITE values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence.
- Extensive experience in preparing and/or delivering training material, presentations, correspondence and promotional material, as well as demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in facilitation and coaching skills including the facilitation of training programs to improve capability development and workplace culture.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and influencing skills and a strong client service approach to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Current NSW driver's license and willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the role.

**Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases**
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
