Learning and Development professional specialising in instructional design and project management (including partner management)
- Join a team that delivers exceptional learning experiences to Motor Claims
- Brisbane, Toowoomba, Newcastle or Melbourne location

You will design high quality learning products and services that compliment and contribute to Suncorp’s strategy.

You will work with key stakeholders, colleagues and vendors/partners to design, develop and maintain learning solutions. You will provide best practice advice on learning solutions to raise the quality of learning and workforce capability across the group.

**This is a 12-month contract opportunity.**

**What you’ll do**
- Instructional Design:

- Design and deliver program content to meet Motor Claim capability build needs, managing third party Learning partners where appropriate
- Use appropriate techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of learning delivery
- Project management:

- Develop and manage to project schedules, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, displaying the ability to assimilate information quickly and display discipline throughout
- Stakeholder Management
- Connect learning solutions to business strategy and employ a strong customer-focussed approach and co-creation of delivery

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven experience in Learning Design/Instructional Design
- Experience in learning delivery project management
