Customer Insights Lead

We have an opening for a Customer Insights Lead to join our team on a 9 month fixed term contract commencing February.
Within this role, you’ll champion customer experience through the collection, interpretation, and delivery of customer insights. You will identify issues and provide clear and actionable recommendations related to improving conversion, experience and lapse. You will develop the sophistication of insights and analytics dashboards that support decision-making.
**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant degree in marketing, management, business, commerce or equivalent experience.
- 5 years+ years’ experience in customer experience, insights, marketing, or similar related role
- Experience interpreting customer data and linking it to the development of strategies and campaigns.
- Strong written communication skills, to create execution planning documents, reports and briefs.
- The ability to confidently communicate new ideas both verbally and in writing, and interested in continuous knowledge sharing within a close team.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a strong focus on quality assurance.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills, solve customer problems and dig beyond the surface of the role.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Actively engages in and fosters a friendly, harmonious and productive working atmosphere.
Highly desirable
- Experience utilising Human Centred Design principles.
- Experience working in an Agile environment or understanding of Agile practices.
- Experience in the facilitation of focus groups to collect qualitative data points.
- Private Health Insurance, financial services or relevant industry knowledge.
