**Job purpose**:
Join the People and Culture Team as our People Services Administrator. In this role, you will provide hands-on administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services for the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be exposed to all areas of the HR function. This role is a full-time permanent position based in Sydney CBD with hybrid working arrangements.
**What You'll Do**:
**Support HR Operations**: Assist with onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration
**Engage with Employees**: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support to our employees
**Drive Initiatives**: Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance our workplace culture
**What We're Looking For**:
Previous experience or willingness to learn within a P&C environment
Appreciation for Human Resource best practice
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Confident using various systems and technologies
Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping others
A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
