**About the role**

An exciting opportunity exists for you, a People & Culture Analyst, to join our team.

In this newly created role, the People & Culture Analyst will be responsible for collecting and validating data, analysing data files, and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.

The role will oversee the submission of Workforce Profile data and People Matter Employee Survey data, produce the People & Culture Quarterly Workforce Report and Dashboard, and conduct research and analysis to support People & Culture initiatives.

In addition, the P&C Analyst will ensure compliance with data governance standards and actively contribute to developing innovative solutions to address challenges.

**Essential requirements**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience.
- You will have demonstrated coding and dashboard experience, such as Python, Excel, or Power BI
- You contribute to effective solutions by using judgement and initiative to tackle challenges
- You can partner effectively with colleagues and key stakeholders.
