This is your opportunity to join RedBook as an Account Coordinator. Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, this role will appeal to someone who enjoys working in a broad role, providing administration and customer support, playing a key role in the commercial growth of the business.

**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
- Deliver high-quality administrative support to external and internal customers, handling customer enquiries and maintaining service levels for our existing client base.
- Monitor and assist any inbound business enquiries, creating relevant accounts in Salesforce, then handing over to the Business Development Manager.
- Manage the subscription process by which customers are billed and receive their products.
- Assist with any data services technical queries, helping our business customers by onboarding their data products, collaborating with the IT team, and troubleshooting issues as required.
- Understand monthly revenue movements and learn some basic functions of our accounting software.
**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
- Experience working in a customer service, account management or sales role (face to face or over the phone).
- Proven experience building strong, effective relationships with internal and external customers.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and related platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to continually identify and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge or interest in motor vehicles would be well regarded.
