**About the opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Administrator to coordinate administration activities through effective liaison with other administrative departments within the Institute and provide a high-level operational support to the VET Education team.
- ** Commencing Salary: $66,052 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation and annual leave loading**:
- ** Time Fraction: 1.0 (38 hours per week)**:
- ** Position Status: Ongoing**
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Support the Manager VET and VET Department
- Act as first point of contact for external and internal enquiries.
- Provide accurate information, advice and guidance to internal and external clients.
- Coordinate Events and Projects within VET Education.
- Update and maintain internal databases
- A relevant degree with relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
- Substantial experience in a similar position.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly developed administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette and customer service.
- Highly developed writing and computer skills.
- A document addressing each of the **Key Selection Criteria located on page 4 of the position description**.
