ReadCloud is the leading provider in Australia of eReading software delivering Curriculum eBooks to Schools and VET in Schools courses offering over 200,000 eBooks from the World’s leading publishers. ReadCloud’s proprietary eBook platform delivers digital content to students and teachers with extensive functionality, including the ability to make commentary in, and import third party content into eBooks. ReadCloud sources content for its solutions from multiple publishers, delivering the full Australian school curriculum in digital form in all States, on one platform. In the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, ReadCloud provides over 40 digital VET courses and auspicing services to schools across Australia. ReadCloud currently has over 100,000 users on its platform.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, as General Manager VET Partnerships will be responsibility for providing strategic and operational leadership in VET delivered to secondary school students through the ReadCloud group of RTOs, ensuring the achievement of the ReadCloudVET vision to be a market leader of high quality VET-in-Schools (VETis) education and training in Australia. You will lead and manage a portfolio across School engagement, VET program administration, RTO compliance and compliance generally, learning and assessment, government relations and marketing. Importantly, you will drive strategy to continue to grow market engagement engaging new schools and driving new courses, ensuring ongoing compliance and operational efficiencies. As a member of the executive team, you will contribute collaboratively to design strategy and achieve annual business objectives.

To be considered for this role, you will bring leadership experience in the Vocational Education and Training sectors, ideally with exposure to VETis. You will have demonstrated experience in navigating and managing the regulatory and compliance frameworks in which Registered Training Organisation’s operate. Additionally, you will be bring industry knowledge of the VET education sector including market intelligence and experience growing VET education offerings in market. You are considered a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen and an ability to effectively engage and influence all stakeholders. You are passionate about leading people and creating highly engaged workplaces, supporting opportunities for career development and capability uplift. Experience engaging with government and navigating government relations would be highly desirable.
