Australian Trade Training College Ltd has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2006.
We deliver a variety of courses ranging from Certificate I level to Diplomas under Apprenticeship/Traineeship arrangements, VETiS (Vocational Education and Training in Schools), Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G) and Fee for Service.
Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an energetic, articulate and experienced RTO Administration Officer to join our VET in Schools (VETiS) Administration team full-time.
About the RoleAs an RTO Administration Officer working within our VET in Schools team, you will be supporting Head of Departments and Trainers to manage and support student administration throughout all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion.
- Processing of enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices, and processing completions and certificate issuance.
- Attending to phone/email enquiries from schools and students, responding appropriately within the given time frames.
This is a role full of variety and no given day will be the same. Key skills include comprehensive VETiS experience acquired through prior RTO experience, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, positive can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, proactive approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes, great work ethic and adaptability.
