**T**eam Leader Development Assessment**

1x Permanent Full Time - 35 hours, 5 days per week
**Salary: $115,429.88 - $126,481.62 p/a plus 10% super and lease back vehicle or vehicle allowance**

Liverpool is one of Sydney's most progressive urban and regional centres with a population of more than 200,000 (set to reach 330,000) over the next 20 years. A truly transformational infrastructure project, Western Sydney Airport is set to open in 2026 and will be the jewel in our Aerotropolis City.

**About You**
- Extensive experience in Development Assessment is considered necessary to ensure the desired level of expertise/knowledge to adequately carry out the functions of the position.
- Experience in acting as an expert witness in the Land and Environment Court.
- Experience in providing instruction and giving evidence before Court.
- Experience communicating with various internal and external stakeholders including the ability to deal with the community and professional industry to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Demonstrated experience and ability in supervising employees and developing a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret Acts and policies and to make appropriate decisions bearing in mind the circumstances and the legislative requirements.
- Experience processing planning related enquiries.
- Experience and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience in providing leadership to team members.
- Experience of updating policies and procedures and developing new policies and procedures.

Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience, and competencies of the successful applicant. This position also comes with a leaseback vehicle or a vehicle allowance.
