Development Assessment Planner

Liverpool is in the heart of South West Sydney, comprising 42 city, suburban and rural suburbs over 305 square kilometres and is now home to more than 220,000 people from more than 140 different backgrounds, making it one of the most diverse areas in Sydney.
- Liverpool is the gateway city to Western Sydney Airport and is fast becoming Sydney’s third CBD.
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated understanding of planning policy and procedures to ensure an efficient and effective development assessment process and ensuring key timeframes are met; and
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
